No Cancellations or Rescheduling All appointments are final once booked. Appointments cannot be canceled or rescheduled for any reason. 2. No-Show Policy Failure to arrive at your scheduled appointment time will result in being charged the full service fee. 3. Late Arrivals There is no grace period. If you arrive late, your appointment will be forfeited and the full service fee will apply. 4. Card on File A valid card must be kept on file to secure your appointment. By booking, you authorize Jonelle Cuts Hair to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy. 5. Commitment to Professionalism Please plan accordingly and arrive 10–15 minutes early.
